This is only gonna be for the games I've played, finished or nah.
Postal (1997)
I'm not giving it a score. It's a good game. A lot of people prefer this to Redux, if you're more interested in the horror aspects of the franchise, I'd probably reccommend 97 over Redux!
In terms of gameplay, it's pretty simple, it's just an isometric shooter. I personally like the gameplay loop, since I like getting the 100% kills and then moving on, but it you prefer gameplay with more of an objective, like getting to a finish point or completing a task, you'd prefer the other games.
Postal 2 (2003)
The one and only! Unlike 97, this game is extremely focussed on completing tasks. That's literally the entire game.
Obviously this game is the most offensive, but the actual gameplay is still fun. Maybe this is just me being a stupid kid, but I honestly struggled with the map when I was first playing, so if you're a moron too: this is your heads up.
Some people like to go out of their way to find horror aspects in this game, so it kinda links up with 97, but honestly, it's fun to just enjoy the sheer idiocy of it all.
Also, we ♥ the sawed off shotgun
POSTAL: Brain Damaged (2022)
Out of all the postal games, I'd say this is the hardest. It's got a lot more arcade-style gameplay, since it's got heavy style influence from the newer DOOM games, but it's still got the same stupid humour Running With Scissors likes. Though, not nearly as offensive, imo.
If you like arena matches, you'd like this game. The storyline is relatively simple, but I do think that the maps are well-built and the shooting does feel good -- if you get me.
Again!! I'm making another one of these... I reckon I'll get further with this, though!
